Hi Nikkee, I'm at 3 weeks since starting your Dream Body Challenge and its been really great so far! I've lost 5lbs, 3 inches off my wait and an inch off my hips in just 3 weeks. I'm so excited with the progress and can't wait to see how the weeks to come will change my body. Hi Nikkee, Here are my results after 3 weeks on Dream Body Challenge! Still alot of work to do, but I am so amaxed at was 3 weeks of clean eating and working out has done for my body already! I love it and i'm excited to see more results as I continue the next 9 weeks! This is the first program I have been able to stick to. My boyfriend has also joined working out with me and I love that we are able to do that together. I thought waking up at 4.50am every morning would be awful but I wake up excited, rested and ready to hit the gym before work. Thanks to you and your Dream Body Challenge I feel more inspired and motivated than I have in a long time. - Emily

Hey Nikkee, This is my 3rd week on Dream Body Challenge, I finally stayed on track and it was well worth it with these amazing results. I lost 10 pounds so far and I am so amazed how I can just get up in the morning and be so energized to workout and at night it's even better! Hi Nikkee! Where do I start? I remember laying in bed and being so nervous for my first checkin because I was so embarrassed at the negative state I had let myself and my body reach. Now, 3 months later, I can tell you that I am no longer embarrassed and it was the best decision of my life to follow the Dream Body Challenge. I started my journey being a US 6/7 in jeans and a US 9/10 in shorts. I am now a US 3/4 in jeans and a US 1/2 in shorts. I can't tell you how amazing this entire process was. In addition to the workouts, I loved the attached list of foods in the program, it made it very easy for me. My overall health has improved and now I have so much more energy! Finding the Dream Body Challenge was definately the best thing that has happened to me! I went from 151 pounds to 131 pounds!
